The forest and fern imagery is deliberate. It represents a different path: away from the crowded mainstream market and towards funding routes that are less obvious, more specialist and often better suited to urgent or complex cases.

We do not charge upfront fees to review a case.
EdgeFern Commercial is paid on completion. That means we only receive our fee if the borrower receives their funding and the transaction completes.
Our approach is straightforward. Send us the details, and we will assess the transaction quickly. If we believe the case may be fundable, we will explain the likely route, what information is needed and how the transaction may be progressed.
If the case is not likely to work, we will say so.
We do not believe borrowers or brokers should have to pay upfront simply to find out whether a case may be suitable. Our focus is on getting fundable cases moving and helping clients secure the funding they need.
